摘要
研制了一种用于 X射线探测的阵列探测器 SSPA器件 ,进而研究了适用于该器件的数据采集电路。设计试验了此阵列探测器及其数据采集电路应用于 X射线计算机层析成像 (即 X- CT)的可行性。初步试验结果表明 :该 X射线的探测方法是可行的 ,这为工业 X- CT无损检测技术中实现对 X射线高分辨、高效率、低成本的探测与测量创造了条件。
After SSPA used as X-ray array detector is developed, we take a research on the data acquisition circuit applied to the detector. The experiment designed has verified the feasibity of application of this array detector and its data acquisition circuit to X-ray computed tomography (X-CT) . The preliminary test results indicate that the method of the X-ray detection is feasible for industry X-CT nondestructive testing, which brings about advantage for detecting and measuring with high resolution, good efficiency and low cost.
