摘要
目的 探讨注意缺陷多动障碍 (ADHD)患儿与正常儿童听觉事件相关电位P3波的异同。方法 测试 33例ADHD患儿 (ADHD组 )和 33名正常儿童 (对照组 )的听觉事件相关电位 ,并填写Conner行为量表 父母问卷。结果 (1 )ADHD组P3波的潜伏期除T6外 ,余各脑区均长于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。 (2 )ADHD组与对照组听觉P3波波幅的差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。 (3)ADHD组误按非靶刺激数 [(2 75± 2 55)个 ]多于对照组 [(1 58± 1 66)个 ] ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5) ;遗漏靶刺激数亦多于对照组 ,反应时间长于对照组 ,但差异均无显著性 (P值分别为 0 0 63和 0 0 87)。 (4)听觉P3波潜伏期与反应时间、误按非靶刺激数呈正相关 (r=0 2 6~ 0 47,P <0 0 5) ,C3、C4、P3、P4、O1、F7、T5、Cz、Pz脑区的P3波潜伏期与Conner量表学习问题因子分数呈正相关 (r=0 2 7~ 0 35 ,P <0 0 5)。结论 ADHD患儿听觉P3波潜伏期长 。
Objective To investigate the difference of auditory event related potential P 3 between ADHD children and normal controls Methods Thirty three ADHD children and 33 normal controls were assessed by auditory event related potential test and Conner′s Behavior Rating Scale Parent Questionnaire Results (1)The P 3 latencies of ADHD children were significantly longer than those of controls except at T6 lead (2) The P 3 amplitudes of ADHD children showed no difference with those of normal controls (3) ADHD children showed significantly more commission errors than controls The omission errors and response time of ADHD children weren′t significantly different from those of controls (4)The P 3 latencies were significantly positively correlated with response time and commission errors( r =0 26-0 47, P <0 05) The P 3 latencies at some brain regions were significantly positively correlated with the learning problem factor of Conner′s scale( r =0 27-0 35, P <0 05) Conclusion The longer latencies of P 3 may be suggestion of cognitive function deficit of ADHD subjects
