脑星形细胞瘤MRI与病理对照统计学分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :分析不同级别脑星形细胞瘤 (AG)的MRI表现 ,探讨MRI特征与AG分级相关性。方法 :收集经MRI诊断和手术病理证实的AG 12 3例 ,按病理诊断标准分为四级 ,Ⅰ级 3 4例 ,Ⅱ级 3 6例 ,Ⅲ级 3 5例 ,Ⅳ级 18例。对其MRI表现的 10个特征 (信号不均匀性、囊变坏死、出血、越过中线、水肿、占位、肿瘤血管、强化程度及强化不均匀性 )进行统计分析 ,采用方差分析和SNK检验法。结果 :除“越过中线”外 ,其余 9个MRI征象均对AG分级有较大的帮助。尤其信号不均匀性、出血及强化程度在各级AG之间差异均有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :不同级别星形细胞瘤与MRI表现有一定的相关性 。 Objective:To study MRI features and evaluate MRI in classification of astrocytoma.Methods:123 cases of astrocytoma were imaged with MRI and proved by pathology,including Grade Ⅰ(n=34),Ⅱ(n=36),Ⅲ(n=35) and Ⅳ (n= 18).10 MRI characteristics of astrocytoma evaluated were signal heterogeneity,cyst formation or necrosis,hemorrhage,crossing of the midline,edema,mass effect,border definition,flow void,degree and heterogeneity of enhancement.Anova method and student Newman Keuls test were used in statistic analysis.Results:Except for 'crossing of the midline',the other 9 MR features were helpful to the grading of astrocytoma,especially signal heterogeneity,hemorrhage and enhancement,which had significant difference in the grading of astrocytoma( P <0.01).Conclusion:There is significant relationship between the MRI features and the different grades of astrocytoma. MRI can play an important role in the grading of astrocytoma.
