图像融合法消除CT扫描颅底伪影的研究

Application of image fusion in the elimination of CT scanning artifacts in the posterior fossa

目的 :运用图像融合法消除CT扫描时颅底区伪影。方法 :随机选取 5 5例颅脑CT平扫病人 ,男 3 0例 ,女 2 5例 ,年龄 7～ 85岁。先行常规平扫 ,再行颅底薄层扫描后进行图像融合。结果 :发现常规平扫 5 5例病人中假阴性 4例 ,假阳性 5例。结论 :图像融合法能较好地消除颅底伪影 ,能提高诊断正确率 ,实用性强 ,简单易行 。

Objective:To evaluate the image fusion technique in eliminating the CT scanning artifacts in the posterior fossa.Methods:Fifty five cases of conventional cranial CT scanning were collected randomly,including male 30 and female 25 with 7～85 years old.Image fusion was performed using thin slice scanning in the posterior fossa after the conventional CT scanning.Results:Image fusion technique can correctly detect 4 false negative and 5 false positive cases from 55 of conventional CT scanning.Conclusion:Image fusion can eliminate the CT scanning artifacts in the posterior fossa,and improve the diagnostic accuracy.It is a practical,easy and promising method.
