Effects of Green Or-a new dentine densensitizing agent on dentine hypersensitivity

目的 研究脱敏剂GreenOr治疗牙本质敏感症的短期和远期疗效。方法 采用病例自身对照 ,量化观察指标 ,对治疗前和治疗后半年内不同时期的观察数据进行统计学分析。结果 治疗后各阶段的敏感程度均较治疗前有显著降低。结论 GreenOr是治疗牙本质敏感症较为理想的药物 ,远中期疗效较好。

Objective To study the effects of Green Or on dentine hypersensitivity.Methods 103 teeth with dentine hypersensitivity in 34 patients aged 20～68 years were treated with Green Or.The patients were followed-up for 6 months and the effects were evaluated by probe and stimulation with cold air.Results Effectiveness was observed as 98.8 %(immediately after the treatment), 97.1 %(1 week after), 96.1 %(1 month after), 96.1 %(3 months after),and 94.2 %(6 months after)respectively.Conclusion Green Or is an effective desensitizing agent for dentine hypersensitivity.
