文章综述了餐厨废弃物的特性,食品的腐败机理及影响腐败的因素。以便能够为研究餐厨废弃物的腐败提供思路,为我国餐厨废弃物安全评价和综合利用提供参考。
This papereviewed the catering wastcharacteristic and the corruption mechanism of food pro.cess as well as the influence factors of corruption. It is to study the corruption of the catering waste to provide ideas, and to provide foundation and support for our country catering waste of safety evaluation and compre.hensive utilization.
