季铵盐处理蒙脱石的结构及其对玉米赤霉烯酮的吸附 被引量:10

The microstructure and zearalenone adsorption of montmorillonite modified by quaternary ammonium salts

摘要 试验旨在研究蒙脱石表面的结构特征及对玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,ZEN)的吸附作用的关系。试验使用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(Single-octadecyl trimethylammonium chloride,SOAC)及双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(Double-octadecyl dimethylammonium chloride,DOAC)对天然蒙脱石进行了有机化处理,利用扫描电子显微镜(Scanning electron microscope,SEM)、红外光谱仪(infrared spectroscopy,IR)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction,XRD)分析了其表面的结构特征,利用HPLC检测其对玉米赤霉烯酮的吸附作用。结果表明,蒙脱石经过有机化处理后,层间结晶水明显减少,晶片层间距随着季铵盐浓度增大而增大,吸附玉米赤霉烯酮的能力也随之加强。相同浓度下,单季铵盐处理的蒙脱石比双季铵盐晶片层间距更大,吸附玉米赤霉烯酮能力也更强。试验结果表明,有机化处理的蒙脱石对玉米赤霉烯酮有较好的吸附效果,有希望作为添加剂应用到饲料工业中。 This experiment was conducted to study the relationship between the microstructure of montmoril.lonite and its ability to adsorb zearalenone(ZEN). Natural montmorillonite was modified by single-octadecyl trimethylammonium chloride(SOAC)and double-octadecyl dimethylammonium chloride(DOAC). Scan.ning electron microscope(SEM), infrared spectroscopy(IR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to ana.lyze the structure characteristics, and HPLC was used for adsorption test of zearalenone. The results showed that, after organic treatment, montmorillonite had lower interlayer crystal water, and the lamellar spacing and adsorption capacity of zearalenone increased with higher concentration of quaternary ammonium salt. Mont.morillonite, treated with single quaternary ammonium had larger lamellar spacing and stronger zearalenone adsorption capacity than montmorillonite treated with double quaternary ammonium with same mass concen.tration.Organomontmorillonite was effective on zearalenone adsorption and could be used as an additive in feed industry.
