摘要
文章简单介绍TRIZ理论的来源及其解决创新问题的模式,结合饲料智能装车机上的码垛装置问题举例说明了运用TRIZ理论解决问题的具体流程,从解决方案的模型中得到实际方案和概念方案,为产品的创新设计提出了依据,并将得到的方案应用在实物样机中,取得了理想的结果。
The article introduces the origin of TRIZ and its model to solve the problem of innovation.Illustrates the specific process to solve the problem with TRIZ theory based on the pallet device prob-lem of smart car charger.We get the actual and concept schemes from the model of solution program.Itputs forward basis for innovation design of the product.Put the scheme in the physical model machine,finally achieved ideal results.
