摘要
试验研究了采用膨胀工艺处理哺乳母猪日粮对母猪生产性能的影响,为膨胀处理工艺在哺乳母猪日粮加工应用方面提高参考。选取3~5胎次并且预产期接近的健康PIC母猪32头,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组16个重复,每个重复1头。对照组饲喂正常加工处理的哺乳母猪日粮,试验猪饲喂经过膨胀工艺处理后的试验日粮。膨胀工艺温度120~140℃,压力4~6 Pa,水分含量为16%~18%。试验结果表明对照组和试验组间仔猪断奶活仔数、仔猪断奶存活率、仔猪平均初生重、仔猪平均断奶重、仔猪出生平均窝重之间差异不显著(P>0.05),而仔猪断奶平均窝重对照组和试验组之间表现为差异显著(P<0.05)。母猪平均日母乳量试验组要高于对照组,表现为差异显著(P<0.05),说明哺乳母猪日粮经过膨胀处理,淀粉、蛋白等营养物质得到熟化,更有利于母猪的消化吸收。母猪对营养物质消化利用率的提高,促进了母猪平均泌乳量的提高,从而仔猪获得更多的奶水。使得每头母猪哺乳的整窝仔猪窝重得到增加。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of expansion diet on growth performanceof lactating sows. 32 PIC pigs were randomly as-signed to two dietary treatments with sixteen rep-licates and one pig with each pen. Sows were fedwith normal basal diet in control group. Diets ofthe experimental group were processed using ex-pansion technology. The expanded diets were ex-pander processed at 120~140 ℃, 4~6 atm and16% ~18% water content. The results showed that the numbers of weanling piglets, the survival rate of weanling piglets, piglet average weight atbirth, piglet average weight at weanling and birth litter average weight were not significantly differentbetween control group and experiment group(P>0.05). Weaning litter weight and daily milk yield ofexperiment group were significantly higher than those of control treatment(P<0.05). Expansion technol-ogy favored to improve the digestion and absorption of lactating sows and increase daily milk yield,and piglets got more milk for growth.
