摘要
为研究钼的生物学作用,试验通过在富钼和贫钼地区采集土壤和苜蓿样本,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了其中的钼含量,评价了土壤钼含量与苜蓿中钼含量的关系。并采集当地苜蓿,饲喂家兔,建立动物模型,研究钼对家兔生长性能的影响。结果表明,苜蓿中钼含量与土壤中钼含量呈明显的正相关,含钼较高的苜蓿具有促进家兔生长性能的作用。
To study the biological effects of molybdenum, soil and alfalfa samples were collected in themolybdenum rich and poor molybdenum area. The relationship of molybdenum content in soil and alfal-fa were evaluated by determining molybdenum content with flame atomic absorption. At the same time,to study the effects of molybdenum on the growth performance in rabbits, the animal model were estab-lished. The results show that Molybdenum content in alfalfa and soil showed obvious positive correla-tion. The alfalfa with high molybdenum can promote growth performance in rabbits.
