乳酸菌冻干粉制剂在狐貉养殖中的应用效果

摘要 研究旨在观察微生物饲料添加剂乳酸菌冻干粉制剂在狐貉养殖中的应用效果。选取繁殖期母狐貉和育成期公狐貉进行随机分组,T1组和T2组分别喂养添加不同剂量乳酸菌冻干粉制剂的基础饲料,对照组喂养基础饲料。结果表明,乳酸菌冻干粉制剂能够提高母狐貉的产仔数、成活数、分栏重量,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲喂乳酸菌冻干粉制剂后,T1组育成期公狐和公貉平均日增重分别提高7.81%与10.91%,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组腹泻指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。饲料中添加乳酸菌冻干粉制剂对防治仔公狐貉腹泻及平均日增重有显著效果。 The study aimed to observe the ap-plied effects of lactobacillus freeze-dried powderin fox and raccoon breeding. Fox and raccoon ofbreeding period and finishing period were ran-domly assigned. T1 and T2 group were fed basicfodder with different doses of lactobacillusfreeze-dried powder. The control group was fed based fodder without lactobacillus freeze-dried powder. Results revealed that lactobacillus freeze-dried powder enable to improve litter size of fox and raccoon of breeding period, survival rate andweight number of each column, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). After feeding lactobacil-lus freeze-dried powder, finishing period fox and raccoon of T1 group increased by 7.81% and10.91%, respectively, with significant difference(P<0.05). Additionally, the diarrhea index of experi-mental group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). Adding lactobacillus freeze-driedpowders in the fodder exert had significant effect on prevention and treatment of male fox raccoon diar-rhea and average daily gain.
