6种茶叶对斑点叉尾鮰几项抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选择4种绿茶(屏山炒青、霍山黄芽、黄山毛峰以及龙井)、1种红茶(祁门红茶)与1种黑茶(普洱茶),分别按1%和2%剂量添加到配合饲料中。饲养斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)8周后,测定各组鱼体肝脏组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)活性,然后降低水位,对剩余试验鱼进行3 d的拥挤胁迫,再测定肝脏组织的上述3项指标。结果显示,多数试验组的SOD活性有显著提高,其中胁迫处理前龙井组的提高最为显著,而胁迫后黄山毛峰与霍山黄芽的提高最为显著;CAT活性在胁迫前后霍山黄芽(2%组)均有显著提高,龙井与屏山炒青(1%组)只在胁迫前有此效果,其余各组基本与对照组相比无显著差异或显著低于对照组;γ-GT受到茶叶添加的影响,龙井组与霍山黄芽组在胁迫前与胁迫后均显著低于对照组或与对照组相比无显著差异,其余各组胁迫前基本显著低于对照组,胁迫后则显著高于对照组(屏山炒青2%组除外)。结果表明,6种茶叶中,龙井茶与霍山黄芽提高抗氧化能力的作用最为明显,二者作用更为相似;在两种添加剂量中,1%添加量提高抗氧化能力的作用更为显著。 A 8-week growth trial was conducted to investigate the effect of four kinds of Chinese greenteas(unfermented tea,Pingshan Chaoqing, Huoshan Huangya, Huangshan Maofeng, Longjing tea),onered tea(Qimen's black tea) and one black tea(Pu-erh tea)(fermented tea) on superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and γ- glutamyl transferase(γ- GT) activity of channel catfish(Ietalurus punetaus) liver,and each tea had three different additive levels(0%, 1% and 2%). After growth trial, a 3-day congestionchallenge trial was conducted to investigate the effect of crowding stress. The results showed that mosttrial groups increased significantly on the SOD activity, and Longjing groups had the most significant in-creasing before the stress, and Huangshan Maofeng and Huoshan Huangya groups had the most signifi-cant increasing after the stress. Longjing(1%) and Huoshan Huangya groups(2%) increased significantlyon the CAT activity both before and after stress, and the most other trial groups were basically similar toor significantly lower than the control group. Longjing and Huoshan Huangya groups were similar to orsignificantly lower than the control group,and the other trial groups had significantly lower γ-GT activi-ty than the control group. The results showed that Longjing and Huoshan Huangya teas were better onantioxidation among six teas; The 1% groups were better than 2% groups on antioxidation.
