半胱胺螯合锌在营养限制型发育迟缓猪中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加半胱胺螯合锌(Zn-CS)对营养限制型发育迟缓猪生长性能、生理生化指标、免疫机能及养分消化率的影响。试验选用50头体重(6.26±0.97)kg大白营养限制型发育迟缓猪,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复2头猪,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组是在基础饲粮中分别添加32、40、48、56 mg/kg Zn-CS,试验期28 d。结果表明:156 mg/kg组极显著提高营养限制型发育迟缓猪的平均日增重(P<0.01),48、56 mg/kg组显著降低料肉比(P<0.05),添加Zn-CS极显著降低腹泻率(P<0.01);256 mg/kg组极显著提高血液生长激素、T3和T4水平(P<0.01),48、56 mg/kg组极显著降低生长抑素水平(P<0.01);356 mg/kg组能极显著提高Ig A和血清总蛋白水平(P<0.01),显著提高血液Ig G水平(P<0.05);448、56 mg/kg组均能显著提高干物质、粗蛋白及粗脂肪的表观消化率(P<0.05);5添加Zn-CS显著降低粪中大肠杆菌数(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加适量Zn-CS,可有效提高营养限制型发育迟缓猪的生长性能,降低腹泻率,增强免疫机能,提高养分消化率和改善肠道微生物平衡,Zn-CS较适宜添加量为56 mg/kg。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the different supplement levels of cys-teamine chelated zinc(Zn-CS) on growth performance and physiological biochemical index, immunefunction, the number of microbial flora in the feces and nutrients digestibility in nutrient-limited runtpiglets. 50 nutrient-limited runt piglets(Large White) with an average body weight of(6.26±0.97) kgwere randomly divided into 5 group with 5 replicates per group and 2 piglets per replicate, the pigletswere fed five kinds of diets: a basal diet without Zn-CS(control), the basal diet supplement with 32,40, 48, 56 mg/kg of Zn-CS, respectively, the trial last for 28 days. Results showed as follows: 1 dur-ing the whole experiment period, the experimental group were significantly higher than control groupin ADG(P<0.05), and that were lower than control group in F/G(P<0.05) in 48, 56 mg/kg group; 2compared with the control group, the supplementation of Zn-CS significantly increase level of GH, T3 and T4 in blood(P<0.05) in 56 mg/kg Zn-CS group; 3 the experimental group with 56 mg/kg Zn-CSwere highly significantly higher in T-lymphocytes than control group(P<0.01), the Ig A and Ig G inblood were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05); 4 the experimental group with 48, 56 mg/kg Zn- CS group significantly increased the DM digestibility, digestibility of CP and EE digestionrate; 5 the experimental group significantly decreased the count of E.coli in fecal(P<0.05). All over,the right amount of Zn-CS add in diets can ef-fectively increase growth performance, immunefunction, stabilize intestinal microbial environ-ment, and improve digestibility of nutrient-limit-ed runt piglets. It is concluded that 56 mg/kgZn-CS in diets for nutrient-limited runt pigletsis the best.
