摘要
为了开发山竹壳色素作为蛋鸡饲料添加剂,采用膜法分离其中的活性物质。采用超滤膜装置结合微波辅助法分离山竹壳色素物质。山竹壳原料粉末质量约50 g,料液比为1:10,采用4因素3水平的正交试验设计,分别研究山竹壳粒度(30、100、200目)、溶剂浓度(30%、40%、50%)、微波功率(160、320、480 W)、微波时间(10、20、30 s)对提取效果的影响。结果表明:粒度、溶剂浓度对提取结果影响差异显著(P<0.05),最佳提取条件为山竹壳粒度过100目筛、提取溶剂为50%乙醇-0.108%HCl混合溶液、微波溶解功率为160 W、微波溶解时间为20 s。在适宜条件下超滤法结合微波辅助法可以用于提取分离山竹壳色素,这为开发山竹壳色素作为新型绿色饲料添加剂做出了有益尝试。
To explore the mangosteen shell into the green feed additives, we use the ultrafiltration andmicrowave assisted method to separate its active substances the pigment.we had used about 50 g man-gosteen shell powder in very test, using ethanol as solvent,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:10,using the design of orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels,research particle size 30、100、200#, solvent concentration 30%, 40%, 50%, microwave power 160, 320, 480 W; microwave re-sult time of 10、20、30 s respectively to the extracting result. Results showed that the solvent concen-tration and particle size on the pigment extracting was significant(P<0.05), the optimum extrac-tion conditions to separate pigment active substances in mangosteen shell was the particle size was100#, the solvent concentration was 50%, microwave power 160 W; microwave result time of 20 s re-spectively. The ultrafiltration and microwave assisted method could be using in the separating the pig-ment in mangosteen shell,which will benefit to exploring the mangosteen shell as new green feed ad-ditives.
