摘要
试验旨在研究不同载体组合酶制剂对不同日龄断奶仔猪生长性能和经济效益的影响,并对其作用机理进行初步探讨。试验分别选用(36±1)日龄和(40±1)日龄断奶的三元杂交(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪进行试验。试验分3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验组Ⅰ为普通载体组合酶组,在基础日粮的基础上添加普通载体组合酶500 g/t;试验组Ⅱ为发酵载体组合酶组,在基础日粮的基础上添加发酵载体组合酶500 g/t。试验期为19 d。试验结果表明:生长性能与对照组相比,(36±1)日龄,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ在日增重方面分别比对照组提高了11.7%和21.0%,日采食量方面分别比对照组降低了13.8%和5.2%,料肉比方面分别比对照组降低了23.1%和22.1%;(40±1)日龄,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ在日增重方面分别比对照组提高19.9%和20.3%,日采食量方面分别比对照组提高了1.3%和7.6%,料肉比方面分别比对照组降低了15.6%和10.8%。经济效益与对照组相比,(36±1)日龄试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ分别比对照组每头增加毛利12.35元和12.84元,(40±1)日龄试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ分别比对照组每头增加毛利12.58元和9.20元。不同载体组合酶对不同日龄断奶仔猪的影响方面,试验结果表明,发酵载体组合酶对断奶仔猪使用越早,经济效益越明显。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of composite enzyme preparation with dif-ferent carriers on growth performance and economic benefits of weaning piglets with different age, anddiscuss its mechanism. This experiment selected the weaning piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) atthe age of(36±1) and(40±1) days separately.This study was separated in three treatments: the controlgroup was fed the basal diet, the first experiment group was fed the basal diet with 500 g/t compositeenzyme of common carrier and the second was fed the basal diet with 500 g/t composite enzyme of fer-mentation carrier for 19 days. The results showed that: Comparing with the control group, the first ex-periment and the second improved 11.7% and 21.0% in terms of daily gain respectively, reduced13.8% and 5.2% in terms of daily feed intake respectively and decreased 23.1% and 22.1% in F/G for(36±1) age. The first experiment and the second improved 19.9% and 20.3% in daily gain respective-ly, improved 1.3% and 7.6% in terms of daily feed intake respectively and decreased 15.6% and10.8% in F/G for(40±1) age. Comparing with the control group, the first experiment and the secondimproved 12.35 yuan and 12.84 yuan in terms of gross profit for each head piglet respectively for(36±1)age, and improved 12.58 yuan and 9.20 yuan for(40 ± 1) age. As for the effect of composite en-zyme with different carriers on weaning pigletswith different ages, the result showed that theearlier the piglet fed the enzyme with fermentation carrier, the more profit exhibited.
