摘要
为对比软性颗粒饲料与膨化颗粒饲料饲喂半滑舌鳎的效果,试验设计用膨化饲料和3种不同配方的软性颗粒饲料(Diet 1、Diet 2、Diet 3)在室内循环水养殖工厂饲养初始体重为(120.77±1.18)g的半滑舌鳎。膨化饲料与软性颗粒饲料的饲料系数分别为0.80和0.75~0.78,生长速度、成活率相当,软性颗粒饲料千克鱼成本低26.22%。软性颗粒饲料兼具鲜鱼和硬颗粒饲料的优点,适口性好,饲料效率高,且价格便宜,是一种值得推荐的海水鱼饲料形式。
Cynoglossus semilaevis Juvenile, with initial weight of(120.77±1.18) g, were fed with softpellet feed and extruded feed in indoor recirculating aquaculture system to compare the effects ofthese two feed. The feed conversion rate of extruded feed and soft pellet feed is 0.80 and 0.75~0.78,respectively.The growth rate and survival rate of the two feed are equivalent. The unit feed cost of softpellet feed is 26.22% lower than that ofextruded feed. The soft pellet feed takes both advantages offresh fish and hard pellet feedwith good palatability, high feed efficiency and low cost, so it is a recommended form of ocean fish feed.
