摘要
为进一步提高喹烯酮磺酸钠合成收率,以乙酰甲喹、2-甲酰苯磺酸钠为合成原料,以碳酸钠为碱,乙醇为溶剂发生Claisen-schumidt反应。经IR、LC-MS、NMR测试,使喹烯酮磺酸钠结构得到确证。该方法喹烯酮磺酸钠的合成得率为72%。
In order to improve the yield of sodium quinocetone sulfonate, the synthetic method was designed by Claisen-schumidt. The material was mequindox and 2-formyl benzenesulfonic acid sodiumsalt, as catalyst was sodium carbonate,solvent was ethanol. The structure of sodium quinocetone sulfonate was proved by IR, LC-MS, NMR. The yield of this method was 72%.
