摘要 大豆浓缩蛋白(soy protein concentrate,SPC)是豆粕深加工后的一种产品,粗蛋白质含量高和抗营养因子低是其主要特征。文章简述了大豆浓缩蛋白的生产工艺和营养组成。 Soy protein concentrate, which is a product from soybean, has high protein and low antinutritional factors. In this paper, we describe the technology and nutritional composition, as well as the application of soybean protein concentrate in weaned piglets and aquatic feeds.
