摘要
实验通过对黄河鲤摄食量、体重、硬度、弹性、回弹力等数据的测定和分析,从而判断复合添加剂对塘养黄河鲤摄食、生长、品质的影响。试验中使用两个鱼塘,分别为:实验组和对照组。实验组投喂添加复合添加剂的基础饲料,对照组只投喂基础饲料,每天投喂一次,实验期20 d。每天测定一次黄河鲤的摄食量,每隔一周测定一次黄河鲤的体重、体长、体高和肠重,20 d后,取其肉块,对鱼肉的硬度、弹性、黏附性、回弹力、胶黏性、咀嚼性和系水力进行检测,将测定后的结果用SPSS进行数据处理分析。经分析后发现,添加复合添加剂能够改变黄河鲤摄食量、增重率、肥满度、脏体比、硬度、弹性、黏附性、回弹力和系水力,摄食量增加2.3%,增重率增加31.5%,肥满度增加0.5%,脏体比减少1.6%,硬度增加31.7%,弹性增加16.7%,黏附性减少23.1%,回弹力减少13.2%,系水力分别减少3.33%(24 h)、2.54%(48 h)、2.45%(72 h),但对黄河鲤肉质的胶黏性、黏结性、咀嚼性无显著性差异。表明复合添加剂能够增加黄河鲤摄食量,对其具有促生长作用,并能够改善鱼肉品质。
This experiment measured and analyzed the data of the Yellow River carp food intake, bodyweight, hardness, flexibility, resilience, etc., in order to determine the Yellow River carp feeding, growth,and quality of the compound additives. Two fish ponds used in the experiments are divided as follows: theexperimental group and control group. The experimental group fed a basic feed, adding compound additivecontrol group fed the basal diet, fed once a day, the experiment lasted up to twenty days. Determination ofthe Yellow River carp's food intake every day. Every other week, determination of the Yellow River carpweight, body length, body height and intestinal weight, after twenty days, whichever is the meat, fish hard-ness, elasticity, adhesion, resilience adhesiveness, chewiness and water holding capacity testing, determinethe results after data processing and analysis using SPSS. Analysis found that, adding the compound addi-tives can change the amount of the Yellow River carp feeding, weight gain, fatness, VSI, hardness, elastici-ty, adhesion, resilience and water holding capacity, 2.3 percent increase in food intake, an increase of 31.5percent in weight gain, an increase of 0.5% in fatness, a decrease of 1.6% in VSI, an increase of 31.7% inhardness, elasticity increased by 16.7%, adhesion decreased by 23.1%, 13.2% reduction in resilience, thewater holding capacity decreased by 3.33%(24 h), a decrease of 2.54%(48 h), a decrease of 2.45%(72 h),Yellow River carp meat adhesiveness, cohesive-ness, chewiness, no significant differences. Resultshowed that the additive can increase the YellowRiver carp composite intake, and it has growth-pro-moting effect and can improve meat quality.
