摘要
设备综合效率(OEE)是现代设备管理制度中评估企业设备管理水平的重要指标,已广泛应用于工业企业生产管理。文章详细介绍了OEE料加工企业生产线为例,对粉碎机、混合机和制粒机3大关键生产设备的OEE进行了系统分析,结果表明,混合机的OEE为63.14%,粉碎机和制粒机的OEE生产工艺,分析诊断了设备时间开动率、性能开动率和合格品率损耗的原因和制约生产设备产能的因素,便于企业管理人员合理进行设备维护,及时调整生产工艺参数,充分发挥设备的最佳效能。
Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) is an important index to evaluate the management level of enterprises equipment in the modern equipment management system, which has been widely used in the production management of industrial enterprises. In this paper, the elements and calculation methods of OEE are introduced in detail. Taking the production line of a domestic feed processing enterprise as an example, the OEE of the 3 key production equipment of the hammer mill, the mixer and the pellet mill is systematically analyzed. The results show that: the OEE of the mixer is 63.14%,and the OEE of the hammer mill and the pellet mill are respectively at 37.85% and 45.15%.Combined with the production process, the factors that restrict the production capacity of the equipment and the reasons for the loss of percent availability, performance efficiency percentage and quality efficiency are analyzed and diagnosed. So that the enterprise managers can maintain the equipment properly and adjust the production process parameters in time to give full play to the best efficiency of the equipment.
