Influence of 5 kind of benefit prescriptions on cellular circle of marrow and thyums of the mouse injected by cyclophosphamide

目的 :研究六味地黄汤等五种补益方对环磷酰胺造模小鼠骨髓、胸腺细胞周期的影响。方法 :采用流式细胞术检测细胞周期。结果 :五种补益方均能拮抗环磷酰胺引起的骨髓、胸腺细胞增殖抑制。结论 :六味地黄汤等五种补益方能拮抗环磷酰胺引起的免疫抑制 ,有望用于临床辅助化疗。

Objective: To study the influence of 5 benefit prescriptions on cellular circle of mouse marrow and thymus treated by cyclophosphamide. Method: The cellular circle of mouse marrow and thymus was detected by FCM. Results: The 5 benefit prescriptions can resist the decline of proliferation caused by cyclophosphamide. Conclusion: The 5 benefit prescriptions can resist the decline of immunity caused by cyclophosphamide.
