川芎嗪对糖尿病大鼠视网膜保护作用的机制 被引量:13

摘要 目的 :探讨川芎嗪对糖尿病性视网膜病防治作用的机理。方法 :用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)制作糖尿病大鼠动物模型 ,分为正常对照组、糖尿病对照组、糖尿病川芎嗪治疗组 ,于第 12周测定各组大鼠视网膜组织NOS和AR活性 ,用免疫组化方法观察其VEGF表达的变化。结果 :川芎嗪治疗组大鼠视网膜组织NOS和AR活性、VEGF的表达显著低于糖尿病对照组。结论 :川芎嗪能够抑制糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织NOS和AR活性 ,减少VEGF的表达 ,从而对糖尿病性视网膜病起防治作用。 Object: To investigate the protective effect of Tetramethylprazine (TMP) on diabetic retinopathy and explore its possible mechanism. Method: After 12 weeks the activities of retinal tissue nitric oxide syntheses (NOS) and aldose reductase (AR) was determined in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats, which were divied into normal control group (N group). diabetes control group (DM group) and TMP-treated group (T group). The positive expression of VEGF (vascular endithelial growth factor) in retina of each group was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Result: The positive expression of VEGF in retina and the activities of NOS and AR in retina of the T group rats was weaken significantly compared with the DM group, but still above normal level. Conclusion: TMP may prevent the development of diabetic retinopathy, and the effect may be partly achieved by repression the VEGF and restrained the activities of retinal NOS and AR.
