香附对大鼠离体脂肪组织释放游离脂肪酸的影响

Effect of Xiangfu (香附) on release of free fatty acid from isolated lipid tissue in rats

用不同浓度的香附水煎剂灌流大鼠离体脂肪组织 ,发现香附水煎剂可促进脂肪组织释放游离脂肪酸 ,并且存在剂量效应关系。心得安、异搏定和元钙液可不同程度的阻断香附的作用 ,表明香附促进脂肪组织释放游离脂肪酸的作用部分经肾上腺素能 β受体、异搏定敏感的L型Ca2 + 通道及外Ca2 + 内流介导。

Isolated lipid tissues were put in chambers. Xiangfu of varied concentration was added respectively in the tissue chamber, to study the effect of Xiangfu on release of free fatty acid from isolated lipid tissue. It is discovered that Xiangfu increased dose dependently the release of free fatty acid and propranolol, varapamil and calcium-devoid krebs liquid inhibited the excited effect of Xiangfu respectively. The results suggested the excited effect of Xiangfu on isolated lipid tissue was mediated partly by β-adrenoceptor, varapamil-senstive Ca~ 2+ channel L or influx of extracellular calcium.
