摘要
用~3H-TdR参入法及半固体琼脂培养法,检测出本室自建小鼠胸腺基质细胞林中的M TEC_1能自发分泌集落刺激因子(CSF)样生物活性因子。用抗IL-6单抗不能封闭MTEC_1-SN的支持骨髓细胞增殖的作用。根据细胞形态学分析,MTEC_1-SN主要促进CFU-GMM和CFU-GM形成。表明MTEC_1细胞除能自发分泌IL-1及IL-6外,尚能自发分泌CSF样活性因子,其主要成份可能为GM-CSF。
MTEC_1 cell line, a type of murine thymus epithelial cells established in our laboratory, spontaneo-usly secreted colony stimulating-like factors. FATEC_1-SN sustained the proliferation and colony unitformation of murine bone marrow cells in a dosedependent fashion. The biological activity of colony sti-mulating-like factors produced by MTEC_1 could only be neutralized slightly by anti-IL-6 McAb. Thedominant types of colonies induced by MTEC_1-SN were mixed granulocyte/monocyte/megakaryocy co-lonies (CFU-GMM) and granulocyte/macrophage colonies(CFU-GM). It suggests that MTEC1_-SN conta-ins CSF-like factor(s).
