摘要
本实验观察了内皮素及其特异抗血清对乙醇介导的胃损伤和对小肠缺血-再灌注损伤的影响。结果表明,在两种损伤过程中,血浆内皮素水平均显著增加;内皮素特异抗血清具有有效的保护作用。提示,内皮素可能是参与胃肠损伤的重要发病因素之一。
In this study we investigated the effects of endothelin and its specific antiserum on the gastricmucosal injury induced by ethanol and the ischemia-reperfusion injury to the small intestine. The re-sults showed that the level of plasma endothelin was significantly increased during the two kinds ofinjury, and endothelin-specific antiserum could effectively prevent the stomach and small intestinefrom injury. Therefore, it is possible that endothelin is one of the important pathogenetic factors ofgastric and intestinal injury.
