老年男性骨密度与IGF-1及骨代谢相关激素的关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨老年男性骨密度 (BMD)与胰岛素样生长因子 1 (IGF 1 )及骨代谢相关影响激素的关系。方法 采用双能X线骨密度仪测量 1 2 0例正常老年男性骨密度 (BMD)、血IGF 1及生长激素 (GH)、雌二醇 (E2 )、血睾酮 (T)、甲状旁腺激素 (PTH)等指标 ,并与青中年男性对照 ,进行统计分析。结果 老年男性胰岛素样生长因子 1、雌二醇 (E2 )及血睾酮 (T)呈现随着年龄增长而降低的趋势 ,并且在骨质疏松组均显著低于非骨质疏松组 (P <0 0 1 )。IGF 1与骨密度 (P <0 0 1 )、E2 (P <0 0 5)、T(P <0 0 5)呈正相关。结论 IGF 1的增龄性减少同时伴雌激素。 Objective\ To investigate the relationship of the changes of bone mineral density and insulin like growth factor 1 and other related hormones in aged men. Methods Forearm bone mineral densities in 120 aged men were measured by dual energy X ray absorptiometry (DEXA).In addition,markers of bone metabolism related factors[plasma insulin like growth factor 1(IGF 1),growth hormone(GH),estradiol(E 2),testosterone(T),parathyroid hormone(PTH)]were assayed in 120 aged men,and the results were compared with those of young men. Results\ Serum levels of IGF 1,E 2 and T showed tendency of decreased with aging in aged men,and these markers in aged osteoporotic group were significantly lower than those in non osteoporotic group( P <0 01).IGF 1 were positively correlated with BMD ( P <0 01),E 2( P <0 05),T( P <0 05)in aged men. Conclusion\ Decrease in IGF 1 with aging accompanied by the decrease in estrogen and androgen may play an important role in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis in aged men.\;
