摘要 悬臂式风机由于其非线性响应大,影响系数分散,不同机型之间的影响系数相位并没有相同规律。本文根据几种悬臂式风机转子结构、轴承支撑及振动情况,对它们分别进行受力分析,并将试验中获得的影响系数及动平衡试验的结果进行了对比研究,使平衡效率及平衡效果都有了改进。 Because of its nonlinear response, the impact coefficient of dispersion, the impact coefficient phase of different models of cantilever fan doesn't has the same rules. In this paper, the structure of several cantilever fan rotors, the condition of bearing support and vibration, the stress analysis are carried out respectively, and the influence coefficient and the result of dynamic balance test are compared. It has improved the balance efficiency and balance effect.
