摘要 本文以某型号吸尘器用高速离心风机为优化对象,对其进行仿真分析,通过模拟结果发现,受空间限制,无叶扩压器径向尺寸短,扩压效果不佳,因此采用有叶扩压器代替无叶扩压器来提高扩压器内能量回收效率,并对叶轮、有叶扩压器及回流器等过流部件分别进行优化。优化后,整机设计点处效率提升6.6%,真空度提升7.6%,吸功增加11.1%,并且全开工况整机声功率降低1.8dB,同时振动测试结果满足企标要求,整机性能取得明显的提升。 An high speed centrifugal fan of vacuum cleaner is taken as the optimization object in this paper. Firstly, numerical simulation and test analysis are used for prototype diagnosis. Focusing on the problems of flow domain and considering project requirements, the author replaces vaneless diffuser by vane diffuser to improve the energy recycling efficiency, and optimize the flow passage components like impeller, vane diffuser and return vane with new aerodynamic and structural designs. After optimization, there is an increase of 6.6% for the work condition efficiency, 7.6% for the vacuum degree, and 11.1% for the vacuum suction power, while the sound power is reduced by 1.8dB in fully open condition. At the same time, vibration test results could meet enterprise standard requirement. The overall aerodynamic performance has been improved significantly.
