摘要
风机叶轮叶片的形状决定了流体在叶轮内的运动轨迹,利用Solidworks和ANSYS Workbench两种软件对两种不同型线叶片的叶轮分别进行三维建模和有限元分析,总结出一种更加符合叶轮内部流体流动特性的叶片型线,用以提高离心式通风机的工作效率。有限元分析结果表明:相对于传统圆弧型线叶片的前向叶轮,采用速度分布型线叶片的叶轮应力分布更加均匀合理,应力集中现象得到较大改善,且通风机效率也有显著提高。
3D modeling and finite element analysis is conducted on the two different blade profile fan impeller using SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench software. A blade profile is proposed which provide a good impeller inner flow characteristics and improve the centrifugal fan efficiency. The finite element analysis shows that the velocity distribution blade profile is better distributed and more reasonable compare to the traditional circular arc blade profile, the stress concentration phenomenon is improved, and the fan efficiency is improved significantly.
