摘要
调节门是离心通风机常用的一种调节流量的装置。本文分别对某Ⅰ型离心通风机和某Ⅱ型离心通风机进行三维建模,利用CFX软件在调节门不同开度的工况下对该两型风机进行模拟,研究调节门的开度对风机性能的影响。结果表明:径向调节导叶主要有预旋作用和节流作用,可通过改变调节门开度影响气流旋向来达到改变风机运行工况点的目的。
Damper is a common way to adjust the flow rate in a centrifugal fan.The 3D models of centrifugal fan I and centrifugal fan II are established respectively.The CFX software is used to simulate the two types of fans under the different opening of the damper to explore the influence of the opening damper on the fan performance.The results show that the vanes of radial damper mainly have the effect of pre-spin action and throttling,and have the influence on the direction of the airflow by changing the opening of the damper which purpose is changing the working condition.
