摘要
本文用数学建模和数学推导的方法对离心风机叶轮圆弧段轮盖进行下料放样展开的研究,并对常规离心风机系列轮盖进行计算。经与传统的叶轮圆弧段轮盖放样方法进行比较,传统的叶轮圆弧段放样方法具有局限性,只适用某些系列的离心风机圆弧段轮盖的放样方法,而本文得到的圆弧段轮盖放样计算公式具有普适性,可以应用到任意离心风机的圆弧段轮盖的放样。
This paper attempts to use mathematical modeling and mathematical derivation method to study the blanking lofting of the circular section cover of centrifugal fan impeller,and to calculate the conventional series cover of centrifugal fan.Comparing with the traditional lofting method of the arc section wheel cover of impeller,the calculation formula method of arc section wheel cover lofting obtained in this paper is universal which can apply in any arc section wheel cover lofting of centrifugal fan but the traditional method is only applicable for some series of arc section cover of centrifugal fan.
