高精度重心二维坐标测定装置的开发

摘要 转子静平衡工艺的核心是寻找转子重心位置,并通过局部增重或减重的方法使转子重心回到转子转轴的过程,大型转子的静平衡因其质量大、尺寸大,实施起来有很大的难度。该文介绍一种新型高精度的二维坐标测定装置,可以对每个叶片进行x,y两个方向的重心坐标位置测定和叶片重力对转轴的重力矩测定,能大大降低大型转子静平衡工艺的难度。 The key process of rotor static balance process is to find the position of rotor center of gravity,and keep the rotor center of gravity to the rotor shaft by means of increase partial weight or reduce partial weight.Due to the large rotor has heavy weight and large size,the static balance test is very difficult to be conducted.In this paper,a new type of high precision twodimensional coordinate measuring device is introduced,which can be used to measure the barycenter coordinate position of each blade in two directions,x and y,and the gravity moment of between blades and the rotation shaft.And this device can greatly reduce the difficulty of static balance process of the large rotor.
