脱敏血小板的形态动力学研究

摘要 用小剂量致聚剂多次给予的方法,使人及兔血小板对PAF及ADP脱敏。脱敏血小板对5~10倍于脱敏剂量的同一致聚剂不再反应。脱敏血小板的形态学改变符合活化血小板的形态。脱敏后即刻,一部份血小板变成球棘形,大部份成为盘棘形,45 min后,反应及形态学改变恢复。 Human and rabbit platelets were desensitized by PAF and ADP respectively after the platelets hadbeen treated with low concentration of these agonists several times. The response of desensitized plate-lets significantly decreased to the secondary challenge of the agonists even though the concentration ofthese agonists were 5-10 times as high as that had been used to desensitize the same PRP. The morph-ology of desensitized platelets remained the same as that of activated ones. Immediatcly after being de-sensitized a part of platelets were spheroid in shape and most of them were discoid. 40-45 min laterthe reaction and morphology of platelets began to be resumed.
