摘要
以肽6A灌流离体大鼠主动脉条,发现肽6A呈剂量依赖性抑制组织血管紧张素Ⅱ的合成和释放。肽6A和大鼠血浆体外孵育,明显地抑制血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的活性。结果表明,肽6A具有ACE抑制作用。
Peptide 6 A (P 6 A) is a fibrin (ogen) degradation product with various forms of bioactivity. Onthe model of isolated artery strip from rat aorta, it was found that perfusion with P 6 A (10^(-6).-10^(-4)mol/L) significantly decreased vascular angiotensin (AGT) Ⅱ content in a dose-dependent manner(-18.6% to -23.2%), and obviously inhibited AGT Ⅱ release from vessels(-18.1% to -39.8%). Thein vitro incubation of P 6 A with rat blood plasma dramatically inhibited plasma angiotensin convertingenzyme (ACE) activity in a dose- and time-dependent manner. The results suggest that P 6 A inhibitsACE activity effectively.
