颌骨骨肉瘤细胞核形态测量和DNA定量研究

IMAGE ANALYSIS OF CFLL NUCLEAR MORPHOLOGY AND DNA CONTENT IN OSTEOSARCOMA OF THE JAWS

本文用多功维图像分析仪对47例颌骨骨肉瘤进行了细胞核形态测量和DNA定量研究,分析了不同组织类型和分化程度的骨肉瘤在细胞核形态和DNA含量方面的差异,初步探讨了DNA含量变化与肿瘤预后的关系。

The measurement of nuclear morphology and quantitative analysis of nuolear DNA content weremade by Interactive Image Analysis Systen in 47 osteosarcomas of the jaws. The results showed thatwith a decreased degree of differentitation, the cell nuclei of osteoblastic and chondroblastic osteosa-rcomas came to be large and irregular, those of fibroblastic osteosarcomas, however, to be small andround. It was revealed that high-grade osteosarcomas had increased amounts of DNA and that themean of DNA content, proportion of hyperploid cells and tumor ploidy were found to be of import-ant prognostic value.
