摘要
本文报道“正颌外科计算机诊断、模拟手术及面像预测系统”研制成功。本系统应用计算机图像处理技术,使正颌外科繁杂的X线头影测量、纸片剪裁拼对技术、手术方案设计等实行诊断计算机化、定量化和图像化,并能在计算机屏幕上模拟各种正颌外科手术,并最终能显示及预测患者术后彩色面像,使患者在术前看到自己术后的彩色预测面像。有16例已应用本系统,其中3例术前预测和术后面像对比分析其重要数据,该机准确率在90％以上。
This paper repopts a study and development of a computer system for diagnosis, operation mimi-cking and facial appearance prediction in orthognathic surgery. By using this system, the complicatedprocedures such as cephalometric measurement, paper surgery, operation design etc. are computerized,quantitized and imaginized. Furthermore, various kinds of operations used in orthognathic surgery andpostoperative facial appearance are mimicked and predicted on the screen. This system has been usedin l2 patients. A comparison of the predicted data with the actual data after operation in 3 patientsdemonstrated that the accuracy in main marks is over 90％.
