摘要
本文以小鼠为模型研究甘草及枸杞子对IgE合成的调节作用。结果显示,实验组小鼠血清IgE水平明显低于对照组。表明,甘草及枸杞子均可抑制小鼠IgE合成。过继转移试验及T细胞亚类分析提示,甘草抑制IgE合成是T细胞介导的,且与CD8^+细胞有关。
Both Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH,(G) and Lycium barbarum, (L) are traditional Chincse herbs.Rrgulation of IgE with G or L was studied in mice. Levels of serum DNP IgE were measured byPCA, DNP IgG by ELISA, and DNP IgE PFC for spleen cells. The results showed that G and L sig-nificantly decreased serum DNP IgE levels and DNP IgE PFC/spleen in G group was much less thancontrol. We have investigated the possible role of suppressor T cells and cytokines in inducing thedecrease of IgE antibodies. All the experiments such as adoptive transfer experiment, T subsets analy-sis and detecting suppressor factor from spleen cells culture supernatant have suggested that immuno-suppression of IgE response with G could be achieved by enhancing the production of suppressor Tcells and regulating the function of T cells and cytokine secretion.
