摘要
以MSP 2 5PLG为检测手段 ,通过检测助卷辊在卷筒摩擦力带动下的被动转速来判断卷筒与助卷辊之间结合的紧密程度 ,并通过在MEPLAC 65 0PLC系统里新编写的控制程序使整个过程实现了完全的自动化 ,同时也大幅度提高了标定的精度 (达到 0 0 5mm) ,比原来精度提高了 91 2 3 %。实现了卷取助卷辊辊缝的自动标定功能 ,节省了标定时间 ,助卷辊标定平均仅用 6s,比原来缩短了 84 62 %。
Tacking PLG as checking method,checking the speed of the assistant roller driven by reel friction judge the tightness of reel and assistant roller,compiling new control programm in MEPLAC-650 PLC to realize thorough automation and raise the precision of Zero-Adjusting (up to 0.05?mm),which is 91\^23% higher the before. It realizes the automatic calibration and soves time,which is only 6 s on average and is 84\^62% lower then before.
