This paper introduces a kind of imitative system and techniques for order control process of switch quantity. Imitative system composes of PLC and the model of switch quantity. It also introduces in detail the imitative techniques, by which arranging the flow chart of I/O states is based on logical relation chart, taking a practical example of imitating the order control process of switch quantity.
