对“十五”计划西电东送广东电网的安全稳定控制系统研究

Study on the control system for Guangdong power network operating in safe and stable condiction to receive electric power from western of China during the Tenth Five-Year Plan

为了保证电网的安全稳定运行 ,南方电网和广东电网需要建立安全稳定控制系统。通过对南方电网和广东电网的稳定计算找出其稳定措施 ,从而提出广东电网对安全稳定控制系统的要求和配置。根据对安全稳定控制系统的技术要求和信息传输特点 。

To keep power network operating in safe and stable condition, the safe and stable control system should be built up in China southern power network and Guangdong power network. By the stable calculation, the measure had been found out, and the requirement and distribution for the control system had bee provided. Based on the system technical requirement and its message transmission, the requirement for communication had also been taken in this paper.
