电压源型AC/DC换流器的运行机理和特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 传统的高压直流输电 (HVDC)是采用基于晶闸管的自然换相的换流器技术 ,存在一些固有的缺点。近年来随着电力电子技术领域中具有自关断能力的绝缘栅双极晶体管 (IGBT)和门关断晶体管 (GTO)等器件的发展 ,使得电压源型换流器 (VSC)在HVDC中的应用越来越引起普遍的重视。VSC控制和运行方式简单 ,输出波形品质好 ,运行模式灵活 ,具有良好的发展前景。介绍基于VSC的HVDC的原理 ,分析了其控制特性。 Conventional HVDC is built around the thyristor converter which requires line_commutation and thus has some inherent shortcomings.Rapid development of power electronic devices with turn off capability like IGBT and GTO makes the Voltage Source Converter VSC more and more attractive for HVDC application.With ideal control and operational characteristics,perfect output waveforms and flexible operation,VSC will have promising applications.This paper presents mechanism of HVDC based on VSC and its operational and control characteristics.
