交流高压击穿和耐压试验用实时数据采集和监测系统的研制

Development of a Real-Time Data Acquisition and Monitoring System for the AC High Voltage Breakdown and Withstand Test

介绍一种适用于交流高压击穿和耐压试验的实时数据采集和监控系统 ,硬件以NI公司的PCI总线E系列 16位数据采集卡 (DAQ )为核心 ,软件以Lab VIEW为开发平台。通过该系统 ,可以同时获得高采样速率和高采集精度 ,并且能够直接获得击穿电压强度和监测耐压时间。

A real time data acquisition and monitoring system for the AC high voltage breakdown and withstand test is introduced.The hardware is based on National Instruments PCI E Series 16 bit data acquiring board and the software is developed under LabVIEW.By using this system,both high scan rate and high data acquiring precision can be achieved.The breakdown strength and time lag can also be accurately received.The tests show that this system performs very well.
