无卡轴旋切机的自动控制系统

The Auto-Controlled System Research of Circle-Cutting Machine

针对当前无卡轴旋切机的缺陷 ,开发了无卡轴旋切机自动控制系统。系统主要以 89C5 1单片机为核心 ,采用D A转换、驱动显示、位置开关输入、控制键盘输入等硬件电路模块组成。通过实际使用表明 :该系统提高了单板加工的精度 ,工作效率高 ,可靠性好。最后 ,对该系统的软件设计也作了相应的说明。

An auto controlled system of circle cutting machine that is based on 89C51 is introduced.The system is mainly composed of hardware circuit module such as 89C51 microcontroller,D/A conversion,driving display,positional switch inputting,controlling key etc.The system can improve the precision of working veneer. Its work efficiency is high and reliability is good.On the side,the software of system is also introduced.
