摘要
本文综合报道灵芝多糖的免疫药理学研究。多指标综合研究结果表明,灵芝多糖对正常小鼠具有明显的免疫增强作用;对免疫抑制药、抗肿瘤药、应激和衰老所致的小鼠免疫功能低下具有显著的免疫恢复作用。并在细胞分子水平初步分析了灵芝多糖的免疫增强(恢复)作用的机制。在此基础上,进一步探讨了灵芝“扶正固本”作用的原理。
The immunopharmacologic researches of Ganoderma polysaccharides are reviewed in the present rep-ort. Tde results by using the multiple and syathetical resedrches demostrated that Ganoderma polysac-charides possessed the potentiatiag effect on immune function in normal mice and exerted the restora-tive effect on suppressed immune function in immunodeficient mice induced by immunosuppressive dr-ugs, antitumour drugs, stress and aging. The immunopotentiating and immunorestorative mechanisms ofGanoderma polysaccharides were analysed in vivo and in vitro test. On the basis of above-mentionedinvestigations, the principle of 'Fuzheng Guben'(i.e.,strengthen body resistance and consolidate theconstitntion of patients) of Gonod erma polysaccharides was discussed.
