摘要
本文应用薄层扫描法测定心肌磷脂,发现结扎狗左冠状动脉前降枝(LAD)2小时,心肌磷脂含量显著降低,再灌注后心肌磷脂进一步减少,并引起严重的室性心律失常。
It has been known that reperfusion after ischemia of the myocardium may induce reperfusioninjury, but its exact mechanism at the cellular and molecular level is not very clear yet. On determin-ing phospholipid with thin layer scanner, we found that membrane phospholipid obviously decreasedafter 2 hour of ischemia of the dog heart, the amount of phospholipid phosphatidylcholine (PC) andphosphatidylethanolamine(PE) in ischemic region was 12% less than that of the normal myocardum.After one hour of reperfusion, PC and PE further decreased and their depletion in the subendocardialand middle layer of reperfusion regions was 23%. on the same model, we found that reperfusion alsoinduced ventricular arrhythmia which was more severe than that induced by ischemia itself. Theoccurrence of arrhythmia may be the result of the membrane phospholipid depletion induced byischemia and reperfusion.
