摘要
用攻击和抑郁动物模型,对氟桂嗪的行为药理进行了研究。结果表明,氟桂嗓具有氯丙嗪样作用,其连续给药可减少小鼠的自主活动,对抗去嗅球大鼠的攻击行为及小鼠的电激怒行为。小鼠悬尾实验及利血平引起的眼睑下垂实验结果表明,氟桂嗪无抗抑郁作用。
Flunarizine (FLN) is a calcium antagonist. Its behavioral pharmacological effects were studiedusing animal models of depression and muricidal behavior. The results indicated that FLN hadchlorpromazine-like effects. The muricidal behavior in olfactory bulbectomized rats and irritativebehavior of mice induced by foot electric shock could be significantly antagonized by chronicadministration of FLN; FLN also reduced the spontaneous motor activity. While, the tail-suspensiontest and reserpine-induced ptosis test showed that FLN had no antidepressant effect.
