男性系统性红斑狼疮45例分析

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in 45 Chinese Males

对45例男性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床表现和实验室检查的回顾性分析发现:男性SLE发病年龄较轻,平均为23岁;临床常见表现为发热、肾病、关节痛、皮疹、肝大及神经精神病;实验室检查常见血小板减少和贫血。与国外男性SLE比较,本组患者肾病更为多见,而光过敏、关节炎、胸膜炎、心包炎和血白细胞下降的发生率明显为少。

A retrospective analysis of the clinical and laboratory features of 45 male patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was carried out It was shown that the mean age at the time of disease onset was 23 years, and the most common findings were fever (39/45), renal disease (39/45), arthralgia (26/45), skin lesions (25/45),hepatomegaty (21/45), neuropsychiatric disease (16/45), thrombocytopenia (19/45) and anemia (18/ 45). In comparison with the data of male lupus from some other countries, our group of patients had even higher incidence of reanal disease,whereas less photosensitivity, arthritis, pleuritis, pericarditis and leukopenia.
