摘要
对弹性酶所致大鼠肺动脉高压模型及慢性肺心病患者的研究证实,和对照组比较,全血5-HT、Ach含量升高,红细胞AehE活性降低或不变。这些变化可能在肺心病的发病中起促进作用。
The study of rat model of pulmonary hypertension induced by elastase and patients with cor pulmonale showed that the blood levels of 5hydrexytryptamine and acetylcholine were higher and RBC acetylcholinesterase activity was lower or the same compared with those of control group these changes may play promotive role in pathogenesis of cor pulmonale
