纯化人白细胞α-干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣40例疗效观察

Condylomata Acuminata Treated with Purified Human Leucocytic Alfa-Interferon: 40 Cases Observed

作者采取双盲法对照观察纯化人白细胞α-干扰素(IFN-α)皮损内注射治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。21例注射干扰素,19例注射安慰剂,每周3次.连续3周。结果干扰素组痊愈5例,显效6例,有效4例,无效6例;安慰剂组仅5例有效,无效14例(P<0.01)。两组未见有显著副作用。

In a double-blind trial, purified human leucocytic alfa-interferon(IFN-a) were injected into the genital warts three times a week up to three weeks. In 21 cases treated with IFN-a, 5 patients were completely wart-free, 6 got significant improvement, 4 improved and 6 unchanged. However, in 19 cases of the placebo group, only 5 patients showed improvement whereas other 14 cases did not react to administration (P<0.01). No apparent side effects were observed in both groups. The results suggested that IFN-a might have benifits in treating condylomata acuminata.
