Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Associated with Fanconi Syndrome in Adults

成人原发肾病综合征(NS)伴范可尼综合征(FS)临床上比较少见。本文报告6例成人NS伴FS患者,对其临床表现、肾小管功能检查结果及肾病理表现作了介绍,并对其可能的发病机理进行了讨论。

Primary Nephrotic Syndrome associated with Fanconi Syndrome has rarely been reported. We report six cases of primary NS with FS in adults The clinical manifestations, renal tubular function tests and renal pathological-immunopathological features in these cases were described. The pathogenesis of NS with FS is discussed.
